The School is under the governance of the Little Flower Congregation (CST Fathers), an indigenous Roman Catholic Christian Religious Societyf ounded in 1931 in Kerala by late Very Rev.Fr.Basilius CST (Fr.ThomasPanatt).
Little Flower School is an English Medium School following the pattern of ICSE and at present the School is having classes from LKG to X. The Little Flower School is named after an inspiring saint who lived in the first quarter of our century St. Theresa of the Child Jesus popularly known as St. Little Flower who called herself “a Little Flower” loved and liked by God. Being governed by the Catholic Church, a minority community, Little Flower School, has the primary objective of educating the children of the community. The Motto of the School clearly exhibits the earnest desire of the School to enable every child studying in this school to become the true light of the world. 'Thamasoma Jyothir Gamaya' is a famous verse taken from the Brihdharanika Upanishad, signifying the influence of the seers of the antique who reign even today with their erudition, wisdom and ingenuity.

In order to bring proficiency in English especially in the pronunciation, style of speaking etc., we introduce the Language Lab for the students. Children grasp more easily by hearing and seeing.
The provides the facility for playing the Outdoor Games like, Basket Ball, Volley Ball, Hand Ball, Badminton, Shuttle etc and the Indoor Games like Caroms and Chess to create in them the sportsman spirit.
The School gives due importance for physical fitness through regular training for drill, sports and games. Annual sports and games are conducted every year. Besides, students get opportunities to take part in the Inter-House and Inter-School Competitions and friendly tournaments with other Schools.
The Schoolconducts excursions and Study tours/ Picnics / Excursions. Attending the tours/ picnic /excursions is compulsory for all students of this School for it brings togetherness, unity, mutual understanding, and the spirit of ‘Indianness’
The Centre also concentrates on students who do not perform well in their exams and are irregular in attending classes.
The real education is the right formation with proper information for social transformation. It is the responsibility of the whole society consisting of parents, teachers and well-wishers of the students. That’s why the School authorities took up the initiatives for PTA.
Common Celebrations of our National festivals will help us to grow a spirit of nationalism, Communal harmony and respect for other religion. The following are the important Festivals we celebrate Onam, Independence Day, Teacher’s Day, Children’s Day, Christmas Day, Republic Day and Martyrs’ Day, Student’s Day Founders Day, Kid’s Day, Youth Festival Inter House Completion, School Annual Day.
“Reading maketh one Perfect”. Classroom teaching is not enough for the children to get deeper knowledge. Little Flower School provides the children a rich library with variety of books on different subjects.
Parents have to register their children’s names with all details of boarding and alighting points at the Office. School Buses will ply for the transportation of the children. The students desiring to make use of the facility have to register for the whole year (12months). Preference will be given to the children of the lower classes.

Spring is just around the corner, and March 12th is the day to participate in National Plant a Flower Day. Each year this day is dedicated to the planting of flowers and looking forward to the spring season. Flower gardening has become a hobby for many, young and old, and National Plant a Flower Day is a start to the new season each year.
We celebrated Republic day on 26 January. We conducted cultural ceremonies exhibiting patriotism and to grow in nationalism.
Candidates who have completed 3 and half years by 1st June of the year of admission are eligible to get admitted in LKG; 5 years in UKG and 6 years in class 1. For Admission to LKG, there will be a Counseling Session for both parents together with the child.
